- Rose Added September 14, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆On 12th Dec, I had to deal with one of their staff (a customer service agent not a teller). A rude comment was made from her but tried to cover it. I didn't complain & tried to thank her before I go in a polite way but she didn't reply me. I wanted to make sure & not to get the wrong impression but the whole thing was intentional. Disappointed!

Only one teller on and she was in no hurry to serve the 3 customers in the bank, after waiting a good 15 minutes + we gave up and this was our second attempt to do our transaction, we left for the same reason last time. Will never go there again

Also thankyou for acknowledging me when I am in the bank and around the bank I am very impressed to be banking with you and just wanting to say keep on smiling which you are all doing and this is a better bank then the rest of the bank.
